Quietlands Park is a 12-lot subdivision in Maryville, TN constructed in fall of 2012. Rackley Engineering went through several design iterations to balance the developers vision with construction costs. Ultimately, we ended up reducing density to create higher-value lots, while reducing infrastructure costs. The majority of the site was left natural to maintain the character of the land.
